Abstract: Background Ruxolitinib is a current therapeutic option, which has demonstrated rapid and durable reduction in splenomegaly and improved disease-related symptoms in patients (pts) with primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera-MF (PPV-MF), and post-essential thrombocythemia-MF (PET-MF).
