Abstract: Background: The efficacy and safety of equine cartilage as a competent xenograft material for rhinoplasty were evaluated and compared to the outcomes of rhinoplasty using silicone implants.Methods: We performed a multicenter, double-blind, non-inferiority, and randomized confirmatory study.
