Efficacy and Safety of Direct Oral Anticoagulants in Patients with Cirrhosis— Single Institution Experience

Abstract: Introduction Anticoagulant therapy in individuals with cirrhosis is challenging, as their risk of hemorrhage is significant due to concomitant alterations in primary hemostasis, secondary hemostasis and fibrinolysis.
