Efficacy and Safety of 0.05 % Cyclosporine Ophthalmic Microemulsion for the treatment of Moderate to Severe Dry Eye Disease – an Indian Experience

Abstract: Background : Dry eye disease is a mul -factorial disease with a signifi cant immunological component. The purpose of this study was to assess the effi cacy, safety and tolerability of cyclosporine 0.05% ophthalmic microemulsion, in pa ents with moderate to severe dry eye disease.
