Abstract:Background
Polymyxin B (PMB)-based combination therapies are used to treat severe carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacterial (CR-GNB) infections. This observational study investigated the relationship between clinical factors, including PMB concentration, and clinical efficacy and safety.
