Abstract: Purpose: Few reports have discussed surgical treatment of patients with burning hands syndrome, a mild variant of traumatic central spinal cord syndrome (TCCS). In this report, we characterized the role of surgical treatment for patients with burning hands syndrome. Methods: A total of 32 cases from August 2013 to August 2018 met the inclusion criteria, including 26 males and 6 females aged 55.7±10.8 years.
