Efficacité du dispositif d'accompagnement à l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes au sénégal

Abstract: Cet article évalue à partir de données primaires portant sur 2755 individus, l'impact des programmes d'emploi sur l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes au Sénégal. L'évaluation d'impact est faite par la méthode d'appariement sur les scores de propension. Les résultats révèlent que la participation aux programmes de promotion de l'emploi augmente les chances de trouver un emploi régulier et stable; l'impact étant plus élevé chez les hommes que chez les femmes.
