Effekte des Anti-Stress-Trainings in der Grundschule

Abstract: Grundschulkinder erleben eine Vielzahl schulischer Belastungssituationen, die eine Gefährdung der psychischen Gesundheit darstellen können. Bislang wurde im deutschsprachigen Raum die Entwicklung und Evaluation primärpräventiver schulbasierter Stressbewältigungsprogramme für das Kindesalter eher vernachlässigt.
