“…During this 15-month training initiative, 331 providers from both CAMHD and the Hawaii State Department of Education attended one or more of the core elements or motivational interviewing trainings previously mentioned (Nakamura, Higa-McMillan, Okamura, & Shimabukuro, 2011).
