Effects of Vitamin A Deficiency on Rat Liver Alcohol Dehydrogenase Expression and Alcohol Elimination Rate in Rats

Abstract: Severe vitamin A deficiency did not alter liver ADH protein expression or rates of alcohol elimination when expressed per gram of body or liver weight.
