Effects of Turmeric Treatment and Smoking Duration on the Shelf Life of Ready‐to‐Cook Fillets from Sutchi Catfish during Chill Storage

Abstract: Effects of smoking duration as well as turmeric treatment on the quality characteristics of ready‐to‐cook sutchi catfish fillets during chill storage were evaluated.
