Abstract:Tumor mutation burden (TMB) is used to select patients to receive immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) but has mixed predictive capabilities. We hypothesized that inactivation of antigen presenting genes (APGs) that result from increased TMBs would result in inherent resistance to ICIs.
