Abstract: BackgroundAlzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia characterized by amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques and tauopathy. Reducing Aβ has been considered a major AD treatment strategy in pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
