Effects of Training on the Performance of Senior Administrative Staff of University of Cape Coast

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of training programmes and opportunities for transfer of training on the performance of senior administrative staff of UCC. The descriptive survey design was employed for the study.
