Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the effects of ticagrelor and prasugrel on absolute coronary blood flow (Q) and microvascular resistance (R) in patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD) treated with elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (NCT05643586).
