Effects of temperature and salinity interaction on Vibrio spp and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the intercontinental Euro-African Atlantic

Abstract: Vibrionaceae include several human pathogens such as Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio vulnificus or Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The risk of vibriosis is increasing worldwide due to the effects of climate change and modified patterns of food consumption, leading to a considerable economic and public health interest in understanding the factors related to the greater abundance of vibrios.
