Effects of Teachers' COVID-19 Fears on Burnout Levels: The Mediating Role of State Anxiety

Abstract: This research aims to examine the mediating role of state anxiety in the effect of teachers' fears of Covid-19 on their burnout levels. For this purpose, survey model was used in the research. 387 teachers from different regions of Turkey participated in the research. 228 of the participants were female and 159 were male.
