Abstract: Background. Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) are cause of disability and loss of productivity. Part of the workers suffers from WRMSDs while others are exposed to risk factors. Resistance training (RT) can reduce pain symptomatology, counteracting WRMSDs.
