Abstract:Abstract.Four anticholinergic drugs have been tested on mice pretrained in a Y water maze, to swim toward the light (L Procedure, corresponding to a learning without errors) and to the dark (D Procedure, corresponding to a type of acquired behaviour).Atropine, scopolamine and ditran exerted a disrupting effect on the L Procedure, benactyzine on the D Procedure. The results are discussed considering those obtained using the same technique with LSD and Chlorpromazine in a previous study.
