“…One effective informal learning solution to this problem is to use simulation training and thus enable students to create a clinical site-like space to gain learning experiences in a safe and systematic environment [ 28 ]. Simulation is a form of education for nursing college students who lack the opportunity to perform actual nursing care that can detect and correct behavior that threatens patient safety; it also improves skills associated with patient safety competence, such as critical thinking and problem-solving processes, decision-making skills, and clinical reasoning [ 29 , 30 ].
