In Pakistan, existing blood control systems or blood information management systems are limited in terms of efficient data retrieval of donor to consumer. There is no communication network in place for extra blood in one location to be demanded from a region if blood is limited, resulting in blood wastage. Due to a lack of accessibility and sufficient blood quality testing, blood contaminated with illnesses such as HIV has been used for transfusion in some cases. This study proposes a ledger blood management system to address these challenges. The trail has been represented as a supply-chain management problem following the blood. By trailing the blood stream and donation a single platform for transferring blood and the problem results among blood groups, the proposed system, built on the hyperledger fabric model, adds more traceability toward the blood transfusion process. It also helps to reduce unjustified blood wastage by providing an integrated system for transferring lifeblood and the thing extracts among lifeblood banks. A web app is also designed for accessing the network for simplicity of usage and security is enhanced by implementing block chain hyperfebric ledger system through Key Value System (KVS) system.

To determine the practices and opinions of university students regarding blood donation in the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Material and Methods: A descriptive research design was used. A total of 424 undergraduate students from Ankara and Kafkas Universities made up the sample of the research. Research data were collected online between November 15, 2021 and February 15, 2022 using the snowball method. Frequency and mean values, the Chi-Square (χ²) and Mann-Whitney U tests were used in the statistical analysis of data. Results: The mean age of the students participating in the study was 20.8+2.28 (18-40). It was determined that 24.5% of university students and 58.3% of their family members had COVID-19. While the rate of students donating blood was 30.7% until the pandemic, it was found that it decreased significantly (16.7%) during the pandemic period (p<0.001). It was determined that 47.9% of the students who needed a blood transfusion during the pandemic period had difficulty in finding blood. During the pandemic process, donation rates of male students, those who were not worried about the safety of blood, and those who thought that blood donation was beneficial for health were significantly higher (p<0.05). It was determined that the most common causes of concern/fear experienced by the students were "I'm afraid of contracting COVID-19". Conclusion: It was found that the rate of students donating blood decreased during the pandemic period. In women, the rate of donating was significantly lower in those who were concerned about the safety of blood and thought that blood donation was harmful to health.

The coronavirus pandemic was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, and a global genetic vaccination program has been rapidly implemented as a fundamental solution. However, many countries around the world have reported that so-called genetic vaccines, such as those using modified mRNA encoding the spike protein and lipid nanoparticles as the drug delivery system, have resulted in post-vaccination thrombosis and subsequent cardiovascular damage, as well as a wide variety of diseases involving all organs and systems, including the nervous system. In this article, based on these circumstances and the volume of evidence that has recently come to light, we call the attention of medical professionals to the various risks associated with blood transfusions using blood products derived from people who have suffered from long COVID and from genetic vaccine recipients, including those who have received mRNA vaccines, and we make proposals regarding specific tests, testing methods, and regulations to deal with these risks. We expect that this proposal will serve as a basis for discussion on how to address post-vaccination syndrome and its consequences following these genetic vaccination programs.
