Abstract:Public transport priority is an essential transport engineering technique for the transition to sustainable urban mobility. This article presents a case study that simulates the effects of introducing a queue jump lane followed by a bus lane beyond an intersection compared to a dedicated lane only in the section beyond the intersection (without introducing a queue jump lane).
