Effects of physical activity to cardiorespiratory changes

Abstract: Cardiorespiratory endurance is associated with the development of cardiovascular and respiratory systems' ability to maintain and deliver oxygen to the engaged muscles during long-term physical activity, as well as the muscle ability to obtain required energy through aerobic processes. Physical activities of aerobic character give best results when performed 3-5 times a week. Training duration should be within 50-60 minutes.
