Effects of Peer Support Program on Self-Management in Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease Undergoing Hemodialysis

Abstract: Background: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients undergoing hemodialysis require essential self-management to lifestyle changes to minimize the risk of complications, morbidity, and mortality.
