Effects of operating conditions on biogas production in an anaerobic digestion system of the food and beverage industry

Abstract: BACKGROUND Food residuals (FR) were anaerobically biotransformed to produce biogases (e.g. methane and hydrogen), and different pre‐treatment conditions, including particle size, oil content, pH and salt content, were controlled in this study.
