Abstract:We investigated the effects of a low-protein diet and feed restriction on the mRNA expression of cationic amino acid transporters (CATs) in porcine skeletal muscles, specifically, the longissimus dorsi (LD), rhomboideus (RH), and biceps femoris (BF) muscles.
