Effects of long-term endurance exercise and Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar on body composition and insulin resistance in high fat diet-induced obese rats

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of long-term endurance exercise and salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar on body composition and insulin resistance of high-fat diet (30% carbohydrate, 50% fat and 20% protein) induced obese rats.
