Effects of long-term combined treatment with somatostatin analogues and pegvisomant on cardiac structure and performance in acromegaly

Abstract: To date, no data are available on the effects of long-term combined treatment with somatostatin analogues (SA) and pegvisomant (PEG) on cardiovascular complications in acromegaly.
