Effects of Link Delay Fluctuations on Stability of Fiber-Optic Time Transfer

Abstract: The delay fluctuations of optical fiber link, related to the variations of laser output wavelength and ambient temperature along the transmission link, directly affect the stability of fiber-optic time transfer.
