In recent years, in developing countries, the increase in cases of Anemia has become a problem that affects all people, and especially, a critical sector such as pregnant women. It has been detected that the lack of vitamins and proteins, mainly iron, can cause severe health disorders during pregnancy. The objective of the present investigation is to carry out a study to implement a watercress packing plant to market it and thus reduce anemia in pregnant women in Lima-Peru due to its high vitamin and protein content, so that in this way, their pregnancy develops completely normal. The methodology used was of a non-experimental type, with a quantitative, descriptive-explanatory approach, the analyticalsynthetic method was used, the population was made up of pregnant mothers from the urban area of Lima and Callao. The results show in the analysis carried out the necessary capacities for the implementation of a watercress packing plant, with a benefit-cost equivalent to 3.57. It is satisfactorily concluded that a watercress plant can be implemented for its commercialization in Lima-Peru.
