Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential effect of oxidative stress on the intestine of squabs, and to explore the molecular mechanisms. A total of 360 1-day-old squabs were divided evenly into five different groups (n = 72/group): control, negative control, low, medium, and high dose groups. On the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days, squabs in the control group were not effectively treated and the negative control group were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline, whereas the H2O2 group was injected… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
