Effects of homeopathic treatment in women with premenstrual syndrome: a pilot study

Abstract: Alternative therapies in general, and homeopathy in particular, lack clear scientific evaluation of efficacy. Controlled clinical trials are urgently needed, especially for conditions that are not helped by conventional methods.
