Abstract: BACKGROUND WalkIT Arizona was a 2x2 factorial trial examining the effects of goal type (adaptive vs. static) and reinforcement (immediate vs. delayed) to increase moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) among insufficiently active adults.
