Effects of geometric parameters on fluid-flow and heat transfer in micro-channel heat sink with trapezoidal grooves in sidewalls

Abstract: Trapezoidal grooves were arranged in channel sidewalls of the proposed microchannel heat sinks to enhance heat transfer for cooling microelectronic systems.
