Abstract:Fused deposition modeling and sintering (FDMS) is a novel 3D printing technique that combines fused deposition modeling with catalytic debinding and sintering processes to enable the rapid production of metal parts with low energy consumption and costs. Firstly, a 316L/POM composite filament is prepared. Subsequently, test specimens are printed using a fused deposition modeling (FDM) printer, followed by catalytic debinding and sintering processes to create dense metal parts. The process parameters show an inf… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
