Effects of formal mentoring support on newcomer–protégé affective organizational commitment: a self‐concept‐based perspective

Abstract: The study proposes and tests a self‐concept‐based perspective for the effects of formal mentoring support on affective organizational commitment (AOC) via multiple mediators.
