Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of staff turnover in Tanzanian Organisations. The study was conducted at Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI-Dar es Salaam which is the research institute constituting Public Sector Organisations (PSOs) under the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries.
