Map showing the relative frequency of monthly mean soil moisture less than or equal to a threshold value of 0.074, expressed as a fraction of available water capacity, during the Non-Drought scenario for Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Maui, and the Island of Hawaiʻi. Non-Drought scenario is rainfall during 1990-97 and 2003-06, and 2020 land cover.
