“…Previous results have shown that mTOR phosphorylation can decrease ischemia-induced cellular damage. In accordance with the previous evidence, rosmarinus can activate mTOR/S6K and PI3kinase-akt-mTOR pathways to improve wound healing (9).…”

“…Deregulation of apoptosis at catagen could induce the abnormality of hair follicle cycle and hair growth disorders (Stenn et al 1996;Paus 1996). Identifying the factors that regulate catagen apoptosis is beneWcial not only to reveal the mechanism of catagen formation (Fan et al 2010;Lin et al 2011), but also to Wnd a new target for hair growth disorder treatment (Pazoki-Toroudi et al 2010). But until now, there has been very little information about the factors that control the catagen phase.…”

“…During reperfusion, nitric oxide (NO) and ROS production enhance germ cell‐specific necrosis. On the other hand, excessive generation of the ROS is tightly associated with the increased vulnerability of the cells to apoptosis (Kaur & Bansal, ; Mukherjee, Haldar, & Vishwas, ; Pazoki‐Toroudi, Ajami, et al., ; Pazoki‐Toroudi, Ajami, Babakoohi, et al., ). In present work, we evaluated the effect of capsaicin on pro‐apoptotic and anti‐apoptotic factors.…”

“…Membranes were blocked with the blocking agent (BSA+ 0.05% Tween‐20) for overnight: then incubated with primary antibodies for 1 hr followed by a horseradish peroxidase‐conjugated secondary antibody (Anti‐rabbit IgG). Finally, protein detection was performed by Chemiluminescent HRP Substrate (Millipore) for 5 min and visualised on commercial x‐ray film (Pazoki‐Toroudi, Ajami, & Habibey, ; Pazoki‐Toroudi, Ajami, Babakoohi, et al., ).…”
