Effects of dietary <i>Phaeodactylum tricornutum</i> supplementation on gustation, stomach histology and growth performance of African catfish, <i>Clarias gariepinus</i> (Burchell, 1822)

Abstract: This study assessed the effects of microalga Phaeodactylum tricornutum supplement on the gustation, stomach histology, growth performance and nutrient utilization of Clarias gariepinus juveniles. One hundred and fifty (150) C. gariepinus juveniles of mean weight 20.05±0.05g were distributed into 15 plastic tanks (40×30×35) cm3.
