Effects of dexmedetomidine combined with oxycodone on sedation effect, perioperative inflammatory response and immunity

Abstract: Dexmedetomidine is a novel, highly selective α2 adrenoceptor agonist, whereas oxycodone serves as a μand k-amboceptor agonist.
