Abstract:Pancreatitis is a common disease of digestive system, easy to deteriorate, acute onset, poor prognosis, high fatality rate. Analgesic and sedative drugs are often used to treat pancreatitis. Dexmedetomidine is an adrenergic receptor agonist, and Sufentanil is a common analgesic sedative.
