“…Según Quispe & Cóndor (2021), el DL se abordó en sus inicios a partir del control de los colaboradores y su supervisión en el lugar de trabajo, posterior a ello, el término migró hacia una concepción medible que dio lugar a la evaluación del desempeño, mediante el cual se tenía en cuenta el logro de objetivos, posterior a ello, se agregaron elementos importantes como los beneficios para colaboradores y jefes.
