“…The considerable increase in GPx activity on day 1 and day 7 of treatment ( p 0.05) at all concentrations of SDS, CPC and SLES in the present study indicated that GPx probably plays a pivotal role in antioxidant defence by protecting the organism against peroxidation of lipid (Xiong et al, 2014).
