Effects of colchicine‐ and cytochalasin B‐treatment on the intracellular distribution of yolk droplets, lipid bodies, and golgi apparatus of the chick neuroepithelial cells

Abstract: Treatment with colchicine (antimicrotubular agent) and cytochalasin B (antimicrofilamentous agent) has been used to investigate the possible role played by the cytoskeleton in the maintenance of intracellular distribution of yolk droplets, lipid bodies, and Golgi apparatus of the chick neuroepithelial cells.
