Effects of clozapine-N-oxide and compound 21 on sleep in laboratory mice

Abstract: Designer receptors exclusively activated by designer drugs (DREADDs) are chemogenetic tools for remote control of targeted cell populations using chemical actuators that bind to modified receptors.
