Effects of Choice Architecture and Chef-Enhanced Meals on the Selection and Consumption of Healthier School Foods

Abstract: IMPORTANCE Little is known about the long-term effect of a chef-enhanced menu on healthier food selection and consumption in school lunchrooms.
