Effects of Casein Hydrolysate on the Systolic Blood Pressure and Serum Lipid Profiles in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

Abstract: The effects of casein hydrolysate on blood pressure (BP) and serum lipid profiles were investigated in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Twenty-four 6-wk old male SHRs were assigned to 3 groups in a completely randomized design. Experimental groups were as follow: control, market milk group (MLG) and casein hydrolysate group (CHG).
