Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of autologous Adipose Stem Cells (ASCs) on the thickness of dermis and the number of fibroblasts in nude mice. As a result, relevant experimental basis was provided for clinical application of autologous ASCs in skin photoaging therapy.
