Abstr Abstract actThe relationship between the quality of parent-child interactions and positive child development is well established in the literature. Nevertheless, parental and familial factors may pose risks to parents' capacity to participate in quality interactions with their children. Families with a child with a disability in particular are more likely to experience social isolation, and higher levels of parenting stress. Early intervention programmes to promote positive parent-child interaction for these families is well recognised. However, there is a lack of literature about the effectiveness of such programmes for these families. This research study explores music therapy on parent-child interaction, specifically focusing on children with a diagnosis of Down syndrome (DS). This case study involves two in-depth cases of children diagnosed with DS and their primary caregivers. The study documents individual music therapy sessions which took place over a six week period. The case study materials were gathered through the researcher's direct observations, fieldwork notes, and reflective journal logs. The music therapy block encouraged the primary caregivers to be more responsive during parent-child interactions. Furthermore, the children involved learned to engage and share musical activities with their mothers. Anotacija. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas paauglių identiteto formavimosi, santykių su tėvais, savidiferenciacijos ir pasitenkinimo gyvenimu sąryšių modelis. Tyrime dalyvavo 118 paauglių. Paauglių santykiai su tėvais, savidiferenciacijos lygis yra vertinami kaip veiksniai, turintys reikšmingos įtakos sveikam paauglio identiteto formavimuisi ir jo pasitenkinimui gyvenimu. Taigi šiame straipsnyje akcentuojama kokybiškų santykių svarba paauglio identiteto vystymuisi. Gauti rezultatai atskleidė, kad paauglio konfliktiškumas su tėvais teigiamai siejasi su identiteto difuzijos būsena ir neigiamaisu paauglių savidiferenciacija ir pasitenkinimu gyvenimu. Savidiferenciacija ir pasitenkinimas gyvenimu kuria paauglių konfliktiškumo su tėvais ir identiteto raidos sąsajas. Savidiferenciacija ir pasitenkinimas gyvenimu neigiamai siejasi su paauglių identiteto difuzijos būsena. Esminiai žodžiai: identitetas, identiteto difuzija, paauglystė, santykiai su tėvais, savidiferenciacija, pasitenkinimas gyvenimu. ĮvadasPagrindinė užduotis, tenkanti paaugliui šiame raidos etape, yra suvokti savo identitetą ir rasti vietą savo socialinėje aplinkoje, kurioje būtų kuriami prasmingi santykiai su kitais žmonėmis (Chen et al., 2007). Tiek kokybiški, poreikius tenkinantys santykiai su kitais žmonėmis (Walsh et al., 2010), tiek suformuotas identiteto jausmas (Dumas et 33 ISSN 1392-639X E-ISSN 2351 Ugdymo psichologija / 2014, t. 25 al., 2009) siejami su geresne paauglio sveikata ir psichologine gerove. E. H. Eriksonas (1964) teigė, kad identiteto formavimasis yra pagrindinė, su raida susijusi, užduotis paauglystėje ir tikėjo, kad nuo identiteto formavimosi kokybės priklauso, ar asmuo patirs psichikos sveikatos ir sėkmingo funkcionavimo socialinėje aplinkoje sunkumų. Pasak E. H. Eriksono (1968), sėkminga tolesnė paauglio raida priklauso nuo to, kaip jam pasiseks išspręsti identiteto problemą -išgyventi vaidmenų sumaišties krizę. Identitetas -tai esminis asmenybės struktūrą organizuojantis vienetas, kuris formuojasi paauglystės laikotarpiu ir užtikrina asmenybės tęstinumo, vientisumo ir unikalumo pajautimą, sąveikaujant su kitais žmonėmis, taip pat leidžia asmeniui išlaikyti savo individualumą bendraujant su kitais žmonėmis. E. H. Eriksono (1968) identiteto sąvoka taip pat gali būti charakterizuojama ir kaip stabilumo įgijimo, integracijos, savasties atpažįstamumo sintezė (Amini, Jafari, 1992). Išugdytas identiteto jausmas padeda asmeniui būti nuosekliam ir harmoningam, puoselėjant ir ugdant asmenines vertybes, įsitikinimus ir įsipareigojimus, įgalina pažinti asmenybės potencialias ateities galimybes ir alternatyvas. Unikalus identiteto jausmas yra psichologinės gerovės priežastis -tai unikalios savasties jausmas, kai asmuo geba priimti save ir gerai jaustis būdamas pats savimi, kai žinoma, kuria kryptimi juda asmens gyvenimas (Erikson, 1968). Identiteto difuzija yra apibrėžiama kaip savęs ir reikšmingų kitų supratimo trūkumas. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of Circle of Security (COS) on preschool children's attachment and well-being. 48 mothers with children's age 4 to 6 year were randomly selected through cluster sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (24 mothers and child in each group). Then the experimental group received 20 weekly COS sessions in the center of preschool. The attachment Q-set and Preschool children wellbeing questionnaire (PCWQ) were used as the pretest, post-test and in the course of follow-up. Results of Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) showed that the mean scores of attachment, in the experimental group, was significantly greater than the control group in posttest (P = 0.000) and follow-up (P = 0.002). Results also showed that the scores of well-being in experimental group was significantly greater than the control group in post-test (P = 0.006) and follow-up (P = 0.018). The finding of the study emphasized the importance of training of attachment in improvement of preschool children's attachment and well-being. More studies are suggested to understand better efficacy of maternal behavior on preschool children's well-being.
